Proper sizing is essential for the comfort of both wearer and baby. The Poppy Pouch Sizing Guidelines will assist you with choosing the size that is most optimal for you and your baby.
To measure from shoulder to hip diagonally (see below photo) use a soft tape measure and place at outer corner in middle of shoulder bone. Go across your body down to your hip bone. Find this number in the chart to assist with choosing your size. If you are pregnant, have someone assist you with measuring from the back.
Need assistance with sizing? E-mail us at contact@poppypouch.com and include your weight, height, bust size (pre-pregnancy) and shoulder to hip measurement.
Note on sizing: Often you can wear more than one size of a pouch carrier (just like you can wear two different sizes in clothing). If you fall within two size suggestions it is really a matter of what you feel more comfortable with. If you prefer a pouch that fits more snug opt for the smaller size. If you like a looser fitting pouch opt for the larger size.
