We ship via USPS Priority Mail within 2-4 days of order placement. Shipping rates for the United States start at $5.50. 

 

We only ship via USPS Priority Mail Internatonal.

Shipping rates to Canada start at $27.

Shipping rates to all other International Destinations start at $28. 

Customer is reponsible for any custom/duty fees.

We realize that occasionally a baby carrier ordered on our website may not be the right fit. We offer exchanges only on baby carriers ordered through our website within 30 days of order date. The baby carrier must be new condition (i.e. unwashed, unworn, free of marks, pet hairs, stains and odors) and in original packaging. We do not offer exchanges or returns on clearance items. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for exchanges. Any items sent back without an RA number will not be accepted. Please e-mail us with your name and order number at contact@poppypouch.com to obtain an RA number. Simply mail the sling back along with the RA number, your new size choice, and $5.50 to cover shipping of the new size. We will ship your new size out upon receipt of your item. Item must be received by us within 25 days of issuing the RA number.

  

Nursing Covers and headbands cannot be exchanged or returned due to their hygenic nature.
